Away Luggage
At first I thought this luggage brand was just a trend, but after giving it a try I am a true believer. It’s rather amazing what you can fit inside. The colors are super fun, so it can reflect your personality and having the lock built in means you never forget your travel locks at home. The bigger carry-on is perfect for a trip of any length, and if you are open to checking luggage, take the large so you can pack some of your purchases!
Tumi Carry On
I have gone through many “personal size” carry-ons, but the Tumi duffel is the one I keep coming back to time and again. It has plenty of pockets to keep things organized and allows you to immediately put your hands on what you are looking for when you are digging around to access it under the seat in front of you, and is also large enough to hold a laptop, toiletries, and a change of clothes. The back pocket converts to a sleeve to easily fit over your suitcase handle, which takes the weight off your shoulder. I have an older version, but this Colina model includes new feature pockets.
